chore: gitignore CLAUDE.md symlinks

agents-sync recreates CLAUDE.md -> AGENTS.md in every directory on each Bash call, so tracking them adds churn and duplicates content that already lives in AGENTS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
